4 Days After Labiaplasty Surgery, Sutures Appear To Have Dissolved Already? Clitoral Hood Also Done, Does It Look Normal?

My clitoral hood area is SO swollen, is something wrong? Also, some sutures look to have already dissolved early? I poured 2 water bottles on incisions every time I peed, & 8-10 cups of sudsy water while showering. I never wiped, used any ointments, took any baths, & always kept the area dry besides that. Will I have to be restitched? I'm no longer using water to pee & scared to shower :( I also have very itchy vagina discharge that's white/yellow/green/red. Infected? The itching is UNBEARABLE.
