Renuva turned area hard, brown and painful when pressure is applied. What could have caused this? 3 years post op (photos)

I’m curious what kind of providers you’re going to for your concerns?
I’m not a fan or either of the treatments you had.
Restoring the lost fat from cool sculpting is going to be difficult.
This is most likely best done with fat grafting.
Grafting fat is not easy or straightforward and you need to find a board certified plastic surgeon who has a proven track record with this procedure.
Define the right provider I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with sports or plastics surgeons in your community seem to have a lot of experience with fat transfer.
During each Consultation ask provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of previous patients who had corrective fat grafting procedures done.
Restoring an improved contour may take a couple of treatments.
Renuva is unlikely to give you the reults you are hoping for.
I can not emphasize the importance of provider selection.
It is the patients responsibility to properly vet providers.
This kind of work is highly complex and not at all easy.
The defect can be corrected but getting a quality outcome will require you find someone who is exceptionally good at fat transfer and liposuction.
