I have an umbilical hernia in my belly button where it’s a pudge of fat. I’m getting it repaired and the doctor said that there was no need for the surgery since no intestine was pushing through and it was a small hole covered by a pudge of fat. He’s going to repair using mesh. I elected to have it so no future problems would arise. I want to do emsculpt. How long should I wait before doing emsculpt? I’m 32 years old. Exercise 5 days a week and carry a lot of muscle. No health issues.

One effective non-surgical option for tightening loose skin on the abdomen is Morpheus8 treatment. Morpheus8 is a radiofrequency microneedling device that penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity. This procedure can help tighten and rejuvenate...
Do 8 sessions of EMSCulpt to give nice definition of your buttocks. These treatments do work, but you need more than 4. The "butt vacuuming" does not always work.
You may have multiple Emsculpt treatments done within the same day/week if its performed on a different body part. At my office, we will do 2 to 3 areas per session. The treatment is 30 min per area.
