Is it safe to get Aerolase Neo laser on a scar? Would it help or hurt the scar? (Photo)

Hi! I get treatments for Rosacea using the Aerolase Neo laser and they work great. A few months ago, my cat scratched my face pretty badly and I’m wondering if it’s safe to get my Neo laser treatment and whether it would help or hurt the scar?
