The Aerolase Neo would be a great option for hypertrophic scar treatment, especially scars with increased pigment (red in this photo). The Aerolase Neo is approved for treatment on all skin types and for scars such as the one noted in your photo, a series of treatments would be necessary.
Angiomas can be effectively treated with a number of laser devices. In my office, we use the Aerolase Neo (Nd:YAG) which is approved for all skin types. Pigment issues may require several treatments. Treatment by a provider trained specifically in the laser devices they are using will provide optimal results with the fewest number of treatments.
I have been a provider of the P Shot procedure for many years and used several centrifuges during that time. In my experience, a double spin system provides the highest quality PRP and patients tend to have the best results when I use this system. It is important that your provider is using a FDA cleared device.
PDO threads placed in the lip provide an alternative option for lip enhancement for patients that are not interested in HA fillers. In my experience, PDO threads are great for clients that need minimal enhancement, desires treatment of fine lines and/or desires enhanced definition of the lip border. PDO threads are not permanent and provide subtle enhancement that would need to be repeated in approximately 4-6 months. Fat grafting is another option that may provide longer results compared to HA fillers if performed by a provider experienced with this technique. Fat grafting, HA fillers and PDO threads are safe and effective options for lip enhancement, however, if you are looking for permanent results, lip implants are possible. As with all aesthetic procedures, be certain to find a surgeon experienced with this technique for optimal results.
Acoustic wave therapy is certainly an option for cellulite and we utilize this therapy in my practice as a stand alone treatment or in conjunction with other cellulite treatment options. The main downside of acoustic wave therapy is that it requires a series of frequent treatment for desired results and therefore can be time consuming for the patient and provider with only modest results. Other cellulite treatment options include injectables that dissolve the specific type of collagen that contributes to cellulite fibers. QWO is one of the injectable treatment options that is FDA approved. QWO typically requires several treatment sessions and the main side effect is moderate bruising. Aveli is one of the newer device options for treatment of cellulite that is FDA cleared and minimally invasive.
