Can buccal fat removal help with my lower face definition? I’m 50 and seem to have a less tight jaw/lower face than I like, with some extra tissue next to the mouth, marionette line area, even tried to fix with a filler. Saw somewhere on YouTube that it could be fat that could be removed but when I research the procedure it seems that the area that is addressed with buccal fat removal targets an area higher on the face. Please advise.
