For as long as I can remember now I have had uneven gluteal creases. I have two gluteal creases on my left cheek while my right cheek is completely normal. This is a huge huge problem for me and something i am very self consicious about. I refuse to wear bikini bottoms and it has caused problems with previous boyfriends because i wouldnt let them see my bum. I have been to see a plastic surgeon already who told me liposuction wouldnt make much difference so I am now thinking of buttock implants.
