I have no shape what so ever. Little hips and very small butt. what can I do to fix this problem?

Your only other choice is butt implants which are not as popular as the fat injections due to the high complication rate. You are sitting on the implant and causing stress on it and the pocket it is sitting in.

	Fat is liposuctioned from other areas of the body where it is not wanted, the fat cleaned and processed to make sure the INJECTED FAT IS PURE and then injected into the buttocks in a well studied scientific way. The buttocks can be enhanced either with grafting / transfer of fat (aka the Brazilian Butt Lift) or, when there is not enough fat present for grafting, the placement of specialized buttock implants into the buttock muscles.

	The use of other Injectables are either prohibitively expensive and / or not approved by the FDA. While the Internet is FULL of stories of cheap "butt pumping" fillers nearly every Plastic surgeon has seen women who have been permanently deformed through the use of such substances.
