I got my invisilign 3 months ago.I usually wear them 22-23 hours a day. But i have a problem. As you can see it doesn`t go all the way down. My doctor said that its ok. But i have doubts. Will it work if i have this one missing tooth?
Answer: #Invisalign tray not going all the way down Based on your photo and your doctor's advice, it doesn't seem to be a major issue that your tray doesn't go all the way down. It is likely that your trays are still doing the job that they are supposed to do, but not having the trays fully seated can sometimes irritate a patient. This is because the patient will often times notice saliva bubbles forming in that area or may experience difficulty talking with them or even find that their aligners are easier for other people to see. If this is the case, I would ask your doctor for a refinement, but just keep in mind that this may delay your trays by a month or so. The best advice that I can give you is to listen to your doctor. If you find that it is unbearable, then I would get him to help fix it. Good luck to you and I hope this helps. Answer: INVISALIGN NOT TRACKING Your case does not look like a good Invisalign case to me, Will likely be very long and difficult due to the large movements required. If you are 3 months in which is about aligner set number 6 and that about when these usually begin to "fail to track" This means that the teeth stop following the aligners and the treatment tooth movements begin to diverge from what is on the clin check. (The teeth begin to fail to follow the aligners and don't move as planned by clin check ) If this is being done by an orthodontist you can ask him if fixed / clear braces would work better. If it is a dentist not very experienced in doing orthodontic treatments to completion and not able to do clear braces for you you might want to have a consultation with an orthodontist. Maybe get several consultations and opinions until you feel you are really on the right track.

Answer: INVISALIGN TRAY DOES NOT FIT ALL THE WAY DOWN In general, Invisalign trays should fit all the way down. Specially over the attachments (or buttons). your tray does not seem like it is fitting over the button on the cuspid on the right side. Did you by any chance skip a tray or not wearing a previous tray long enough. Have your dentist review your case. You may have to go to a previous tray that fits better and wear for a while before you move to another Aligner. FOLLOW THE SEQUENCE.

Answer: Invisalign tray Your case is extremely complicated and I don't think ideal for invisalign. You have severe crowding. This is a very difficult to try to accomplish with invisalign. It could easily take 3 years to straighten your teeth. Very complex cases are harder for invisalign to predict. If it's not too late I would advise you consider clear braces.
