Midea, I suggest you see a certified injector for an in person evaluation. If it was indeed a HA filler, this could be dissolved with hyaluronidase, keep in mind swelling is common for the first 2-3 weeks

Restylane isn't approved in the United States but fillers do not typically encapsulate. Advise your medical provider, he/she can inject an enzyme called hyaluronidase to dissolve this product.   

This is probably just a sinus infection and coincidentally had fillers applied to the tear troughs recently. Give it time and if you're still concerned, follow up with your medical provider
