My child has big front teeth. What can I do? (Photo)

This is nothing to be concerned with at all.  Many children have central incisors that look large until all of their permanent teeth erupt.  He will likely need orthodontic treatment (braces) in the future to correct the alignment.  

My advice would be to do nothing for now.  Your child's teeth look pretty normal for a child his age and you can expect his teeth to look a lot more uniform in the next 3 to 4 years.  I know it's hard, but just be patient and you may see that his teeth turn out fine.  Good luck and I hope this helps. It is pretty normal to have kids teeth look out of proportion when their new teeth come in.  If this continues to concern you I would find a good orthodontist and have an evaluation done.  They will be happy to give you your options.  Good luck!
