My child has big front teeth. What can I do? (Photo)

Question

My child is 9 years old, since the beginning of dentation he had big long upper incisors. I thought that this inpropotienate will be resolved after neighboring teeth grow, but it didn't. Can you please advise what is better to do?

This is nothing to be concerned with at all.  Many children have central incisors that look large until all of their permanent teeth erupt.  He will likely need orthodontic treatment (braces) in the future to correct the alignment.

My advice would be to do nothing for now.  Your child's teeth look pretty normal for a child his age and you can expect his teeth to look a lot more uniform in the next 3 to 4 years. It is pretty normal to have kids teeth look out of proportion when their new teeth come in.  If this continues to concern you I would find a good orthodontist and have an evaluation done.  They will be happy to give you your options.  Good luck!
