Submuscular or subglandular if having a lift? My breasts are small and have 5cm droop after breastfeeding. I'm 40 years old.

I am scheduled for my preop on 14 June and have theatre booked for 20 June, please let me know what you would suggest and why. I have thin skin on my upper chest, moderate exercise, and want a full but natural look please.
