Hi, I'm 23 years old & half of my hair have already turned grey. I also noticed that my scalp is widening. I did not have this problem 6 months ago. I read somewhere that excessive masturbation causes hair thinning and hair loss. Is that true? I just realised that I might have been masturbating daily and sometimes as many as 4-5 times per day since more than a year. Does that cause this problem? In any case how do I reverse this problem and get thicker hair density? Please advice...

Your photos, your masturbation habits, grey hair, and wide scalp/forehead has no correlation.  Not sure how you may think they are all realated.

I'm not aware of any proven causative effect of masturbation on greying or thinning hair.  You are showing some signs of thinning and if you are concerned about your hair loss, you should seek treatment right away.  Treatments include medications such as finasteride and rogaine, but cellular therapies such as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) as also very effective.

You are masturbating often and are worrying about the changes you perceived in your head, forehead and hairline. Masturbation does not create such changes. Do what you need to do.
