For a shave excision this can be normal healing. However, with redness around the edges, it may be infected. You should follow up with your physician as soon as possible so he or she can examine the wound and determine if antibiotics would be appropriate.
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a specific amount of days to wait until you can start using topical medications to your face. I recommend allowing the areas to heal until there is no more scabbing or crusts, then reintroduce topical medications to those three areas...
