My present fixed upper denture keeps coming out due to lack of supports. I am 65 yrs old, had a open heart bypass 10 yrs back, diabetic well controlled, physically fit. I want advise based on the x-ray attached.

As your Xray is not visible properly, so it's my request to upload a digital x-ray copy[not clicked one], so I can guide you better. But I feel there is not enough bone for the implants, so you have to go under implant surgery followed by a bone grafting procedure.

I really can't see the xray too good. If you can please submit it again. Then all the dentist can give you some suggestions of all the options that wold be good for you.
