I've used hydroquinone 4% for two days, but the applied area has turned red, is it normal? (Photos)

The skin of the genital, bikini and groin is normally darker for everyone. Bleaching agents such as hydroquinone have been used with limited success. My recommendation is to not do anything about it.  Wishing you the best of health, Dr Wright.
