I applied hydraquinone 4% to my dark underarms: they have turned somewhat more dark. (Photos)

After two weeks of HQ application twice daily my underarm skin got brownish or reddish maybe combined. I have posted my pics in my last post, got no response from any doctor. I have minimized HQ application from twice daily to once before going to bed. Please respond. Any word of advice what should I do to get rid of these bloody dark underarms?
