can I use melacare skin lightning cream as I used it earlier me skin was glowing but rashes o nose side and redness

Hi,thanks for your question.Discontinue using veet cream.As you are developing an allergic reaction to the cream.Start with a mild steroid cream like desowen cream.Apply it for few days and then discontinue its application.Consult a dermatologist if no improvement.
