Can an active MMA fighter get cheek and chin implants (secured with screws)? Is it safe?

Are there potential risks? I was told by a doctor on here that any facial implant would lead to a high risk of injury in mma. I had planned on getting a chin and cheek implants, but hearing this made me nervous. What kind of complications could i expect if i as an active mma fighter got chin and cheek implants secured on with screws? Infection? Necrosis? Would you advise me to not get the implants? Would it be unsafe? Or could i still compete in mma with chin/cheek implants in place? Thank you for reading.
