Reshaping a butt: Cryo T-Shock, CoolSculpting, SculpSure, laser lipo? (Photo)

I'm 43, as thin as I can get (I'm unhappy with how thin my face and boobs are right now), but I still don't have a cute butt. Suggestions? I can't take time off (small children) and cost is an issue. I have looked at lipo photos and none seem to show a big difference in buttock contouring. I want it smaller, and I want to be able to wear clothing like pencil skirtsWhat are my options? How much realistic difference can I expect? Even if I go w/ full liposuction, can I ever have a model's butt?

The current recommendation is to avoid CoolSculpting treatments over existing hernias. Some physicians will even go a step further and not treat over a repaired hernia. The risk lies in injuring the bowel with the suction itself or by the extreme low temperatures...
