I’m 5’4, 110lbs, 37yr, female. I had a breast lift with implants 460cc. The procedure was done over a year ago and the scarring is really bad. I went to a board-certified surgeon. I usually heal very well but was told I have thin breast tissue. My doctor told me he can re-cut the incision but my breast shape will not match and then said my best option would be laser treatment, which he does not do. I haven’t been very confident with him so I’m looking for a second opinion.

Answer: Vbeam laser can defuse the redness. Combine with Resurfx laser to even out skin texture and tone
I would recommend a repeat tummy tuck. The scar would be placed lower and the mons pubic fat can be removed at the same time.
