For my braces treatment, the doctor suggest to extract my left lateral incisor as the tooth is not symmetrical with my other tooth. I believe that the teeth is called talon cusp. Do you suggest me to remove my left lateral incisor. Does it will effect my jaw that will causes any pain?

I would definitely visit your orthodontist to have this evaluated. In general, a well-fitted retainer should limit rotation of the lower teeth. However, if space is forming there may be pressure on the teeth causing them to move forward. This could come from the retainer itself...
