My Dr told me to avoid Vitamin E for a few days before and I took Vitamins w/ E. Should I be concerned?

Hi! I just had my 2nd microneedling with PRP yesterday. My doc told me to avoid vitamin e for a few days before... I started those Olly beauty vitamins and forgot they have a blend of vitamin C & E... I don’t think I took them the day of the procedure but I took them the days before... is this a problem? What is the issue with vitamin e and PRP?

The reason to avoid vitamin E prior to the vampire facial is to cut down on the bleeding and bruising. It will have no negative impact on the procedure or outcome.

The doctor asked you to avoid vitamin E to reduce risk of bruising and bleeding. However, you should be fine with proceeding with the treatment nonetheless.
