Can radio frequency microneedling cause facial nerve damage? Considering Virtue but can’t find a lot of information about adverse effects/side effects outside redness and possible infection.

The RF microneedling device that I use is called Morpheus8.  With the depths that are normally done on the face, there should be no facial nerve damage because the needles do not go deep enough to reach the facial nerve.
