Can I have Morpheus 8 Rf Microneedling with Autoimmune Disease? I have plaque psoriasis on my scalp only, lichen Sclerosis in the anogenital region only, and possibly Hoshimotos. My thyroid is still functioning normally but I have thyroid antibodies. I have light skin and I am 46 years old. I would like to have this for skin tightening of the neck and face. I am struggling to find a procedure for skin tightening with autoimmune diseases
