Stretch marks seem wider & thinned & there is mild redness - is this normal 3 months post microneedling RF?

About three months ago I finished my third session of RF Microneedling. After each session I noticed prolonged but slight redness. I mentioned it at the beginning of each new session and emailed a few times about it. Each time I was told it is new skin forming and it will lesson. In a week it will be three months since my last treatment. My stretchmarks look worse. They seem wider and thinned. Beyond that, there is still a mild redness that makes them stand out even more. Is this normal?

Wider and Thinner Appearance: Stretch marks might initially appear wider or more pronounced after treatment due to the swelling and inflammation caused by microneedling. The procedure involves creating micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen production, which can temporarily alter the appearance of the stretch marks.

Redness: Mild redness is a normal response after microneedling RF, as the treatment stimulates the skin and increases blood flow to the area. This redness usually subsides within a few days to a couple of weeks.

Healing Process: The skin undergoes a healing process after microneedling RF, and this can sometimes make the treated areas look different temporarily. The collagen and elastin production stimulated by the procedure will gradually improve the appearance of stretch marks over time.

Results Timeline: Full results from microneedling RF can take several months to become apparent. It's common for skin to continue improving for up to 6 months after the treatment as collagen remodeling progresses.

Morpheus8 is a beneficial treatment to improve the appearance of stretch marks but it may take several months to see the results.  Morpheus works by remodeling the dermis and subdermis layers of skin, stimulating collagen production.  Over time this is what will improve the look of the stretch marks.
