Currently having Morpheus 8 Microneedling done. What is best option AND any other alternatives you would recommend?

I am 69. Since age 43, I have had Phenol & two CO2s, % fillIers. I consulted with a dermatologist and plastic surgeon regarding recently for hallow troughs & skin. PS uses Morpheus 8 microneedling device and Derm uses Intracel. Morpheus goes deeper. PS will inject tear troughs with PRP Does not recommend fat transfer. Derm is not injecting PRP at this time. I don’t want to “go under” as PS requires. What is best option AND any other alternatives you would recommend?

Thank you for your question!We would recommend to use skin tightening treatment for the best results. Also, you can discuss with your medical practitioner lasers such as VBeam, Fraxel, CO2. In addition, skin therapists can perform other treatments such as microneedling, ultrasound and radiofrequency to achieve the best results.We would always recommend to have a consultation with your medical practitioner before making any decisions.King regards.

A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes.
