3 months post op Accutane, I have an allergic-contact dermatitis. What to do? Reaction to the product used or Accutane? (photo)

Ive been on Accutane for 3 month & I thought I was seeing clogged pore so I used my exfoliator brush, 3 days later woke up to tons on my face so I putted salicylic acid. After some research it most look like contact-allergic dermatitis. Before this I did saw those red patches on my face with those tiny clogged pore (mini blister) but thought it was part of Accutane treatment & lasted 3 days but now its all over my face and neck. Should I be worry, stop the treatment or do some kind of treatment?

Accutane can make you reactive to other products and therefore very irritated by them. If you are doing anything different to your skin, including adding in new products while taking Accutane, you need to always discuss it first with your prescribing physician.
