You have to give yourself some more healing time.  Your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure. It can take up to a year for final results.

Unfortunately, it would be hard to answer this question with any degree of specificity without seeing standard photographs, proper examination and not knowing the surgical maneuvers performed in your case. Generally speaking, rhinoplasty results can take 12 -15 months to evolve. Surgical revision, if needed, should generally be postponed until after one year post op. Your dorsum (bridge) looks disproportionately too wide high compared to the middle third. It is very possible that this is still swelling - your nose takes around 12 months to heal (and longer for revision surgeries). I suggest you discuss your concerns with your surgeon. It is too early to consider revision at this point. Good luck!

In terms of the physical aspect, the rule of thumb is that it takes at least a year for results of a secondary rhinoplasty to settle. Until that point, and even sometimes after, swelling has not fully gone down. The tip often needs to “drop” and assume its final position.
