5 month post rhinoplasty: Nose tip looks like a V shape and nose/tip slanted to the left. Do I need a revision? (Photo)

I love the profile view of my nose but my front view, the tip looks like a V and I don’t like it, will it be better with healing time or do I need revision? And my nose is slanted slightly to the left where’s there a hump on my left side bridge of my nose and I feel it’s bone and the tip is also slanted to the left a bit. Will this heal better with time? Or is it deviated? I'm 5 months post rhinoplasty and deviated septum surgery done.
