Veneers turned yellow. Is there anything I can do to whiten them? (Photo)

Hi:Depending on what stain producing drinks you consume on a daily basis such as tea, coffee or red wine, you can have some discoloration over time with veneers.  I recommend to use Oral Essentials Whitening Strips over your veneers.  If the discoloration is external it should remove it and it is safe for composite and porcelain veneers.Best,Dr. Maddahi

You are correct that veneers/crowns/ceramics do not darken or at least not within 5 years time.  Veneers are but ceramic vinyl siding on the fronts of your teeth and if your natural teeth darken, the veneer will decrease in whiteness.I would initially suggest Profession Dental Whitening such as ZOOM! which is done at a dental office followed by or preceded by 1-2 weeks of night time gel whitening.  This should get your teeth as white as possible using whitening products.If that does not meet your satisfaction, replacing the veneers, probably with FULL Coverage ceramic crowns can be done to completely envelope your teeth and help prevent future staining issues.You should consider your habits if drinking lots of coffee or dark drinks as this will work against your investment and dental goals of white teeth.  Frequent brushing with a baking soda type toothpaste can help.

I completely understand  your frustration!  Don't you wish anything in life stayed exactly as perfect as the day you got it?
This is actually a question that you must take up with your dentist.  Depending on the material, thickness, your home care, and other factors, the shade of the teeth can darken.  It is not uncommon for teeth to darken as we age, and if your veneers are very this, they will show that darkening.
In addition, many times veneers, just like natural teeth, can get stained by food, drink and smoking.  These extrinsic stains (on the outside of the tooth) are readily removed by a proper cleaning.
Take the time to call your dentist and hygienist and speak to them about your situation.
