I lost the double eyelid on my right eye. Very worried because my eyes look completely different. Please help. (Photos)

Hi Khoroloo, greetings from the UK! It sounds very much like you developed a chalazion which formed on the background of some meibomian gland dysfunction. It's a common condition. As you know they uncommonly rupture and self resolve but patients with MGD can go on to develop recurrent symptoms anyway. It's interesting that it appears that you lost the skin crease on your right upper eyelid. It's unlikely that the rupture of the chalazion damaged the skin crease in any way as they the meibomian glands are quite far from the skin crease attachment. Sometimes patients notice temporary loss of prominence of a skin crease if the eyelid skin becomes a bit swollen, hence preventing it from folding in its normal way particularly if the crease was poorly defined to start off with. Sometimes patients can also lose their skin creases due to the crease weakening further especially it's weak to start off with too. You may notice that the crease may reform in different scenarios, e.g. with different states of skin hydration. I'd recommend that you see an oculoplastic surgeon experienced in double eyelid surgery and they'll be able to inform you about optimal treatment of your MGD. Obviously if the crease remains permanently invisible then you could undergo right (your right) unilateral oriental blepharoplasty to match your left. 

Unfortunately, the loss of the crease can develop when the attachments of the skin weaken with the underlying tissue. The chalazion could have disrupted these attachments. I hope that the crease will reform if this is due to swelling of the eyelid tissue. Otherwise, you might consider seeking help with a specialist who is well versed in formation of an eyelid crease.
