Crease too low after double eyelid surgery. What should I do? (Photo)

Hello! You would have to wait at least 6 months before contemplating surgical revision.  There's currently a lot of swelling around your eyes and it does not reflect the final surgical outcome.  A large crease does not translate to having bigger eyes, and not everyone looks good with a large crease on their eyelids.  A thorough pre-operative consultation with your surgeon is important because it allows you to communicate with him/her your aesthetic preferences and the surgeon should be able to discuss with you the surgical design/ plan in detail prior to your surgery.  Wish you a speedy recovery!Goretti H. Thank you for your question and for posting the photo.  It is important to be patient in the early post operative period.  You are only 3 days after surgery and are very swollen. The swelling will go down significantly over the course of the next few months.  You should follow up with your surgeon closely and follow his/her instructions.  If a revision is required, it may be performed 6  months or 1 year after the original procedure, so it is best to be patient and allow the healing process to occur.
