Perhaps if you gained 5-10 pounds prior to surgery you would have even more fat to donate to the buttock area which would give you a better outcome with regard to the buttock augmentation.

This surgery could last from 5-7 hours and you may need to stay in a hospital or aftercare facility overnight for observation. You should also have medical clearance from your primary care physician prior to surgery.I recommend consulting with several board certified plastic surgeons who are experienced with these techniques-especially fat transfer. Mommy Makeover prices vary greatly because the procedure  itself encompasses a wide range of techniques and separated procedures (tummy and breast most often) that can be performed to different extents. From your question you are focused it seems on one or two breast surgeries and not the tummy component. For the Mastopexy (breast lift) with or without breast Augmentation procedures by themselves, in Southern California most costs will be in the  range between 5-12 thousand dollars. My recommendation is to first find  a  board certified qualified plastic surgeon that is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. After finding a few you trust, then compare prices between them. Factors that influence the price include:1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctors office?2. Type of Anesthesia - IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist or a nurse anesthetist be used, or an RN?     3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The abdomen appears to be more an issue of lax muscle and some extra skin more than excess fat. Since the excess skin is not so great in that you do not have any folds of skin extending towards the back you have options with respect to the skin pattern removal that most other patients do not. You could go with the old fashioned elliptical skin incision or the longer skin incision to give more thigh tightening at the same time. The breasts would appear to be amenable to breast augmentation without lifting.
