What causes milia post-bleph and is there anything you can do to discourage them? Would some kind of exfoliation or massaging help keep more from forming? I'm very frustrated as they are unsightly and look like little pimples and draw attention right to my lids & scars. I'm 2 months post upper bleph & lower/upper laser CO2. No your eyes do not look lazy. You do have an asymmetry and the photographs provided are not really adequate to determine the basis for this asymmetry. I recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon for an assessment of the situation for more definitive information.
