How to get rid of white scar on penis from fingernail scratch? (photos)

I scrated my penis while masterbating with my finger nail at the time. My penis has healed, however, a sizeable pigmented scar is left and is quite noticable as my skin is darker and the scar is white. Is there a way to get rid of that scar?
