If I get a revision rhinoplasty to remove diced ear cartilage grafts that were placed during my primary, will my nose look like a completely normal/natural one or would it still have that "operated on" look? Also, I know there will be some scar tissue present even after fully healing from having the grafts removed. How much volume could scar tissue potentially add? Would it be significantly less than the cartilage that is currently present? Would it feel really hard?
