There is a bump causing asymmetry in my lower lip. It isn't a mucocele. How can I treat this? (Photo)

Tooth went through bottom lip twice in high school. Went to plastic surgeon and he said I had a mucocele that’s was creating the bump. Turns out I went under the knife and there wasn’t a mucocele. There’s a bump that is causing asymmetry in lower lip. Any info can help.
