Eye asymmetry. Can my eyes be made equal? (Photo)

Question

My left eye is much more prominent and juts out noticeably further than my right. Because I think this has to do with bone structure , can the eyes not be made equal? I’m so insecure about it, the shading and everything on the left side looks much more prominent.

Yes upper eyelid asymmetry can be improved. It may require upper blepharoplasty and/or filler injection. See an expert.

You picture shows bilateral compensatory eyebrow elevation that is greater on the left side. There is also a bilateral central levator disinsertion that is more dramatic on the right side. The obscured picture makes it impossible to assess if you have upper eyelid ptosis from these changes. There appears to be minimal differences in the underlying bone structure. This is addressed with a repair of the levator insertions in the upper eyelids, crease lowering, and anchor blepharoplasty. Bone surgery is not indicated. Your eyes can be your best feature.
