Hi! Just turned 40 and decided on cosmetic surgery for the first time - I've rocked this ugly mug long enough. I am getting my upper jaw advanced for medical reasons (and that should also help aesthetically) in a few months. What procedures would you all recommend? I know I want to fix my nose and my baggy eyes, but what else should I consider? Skin treatments? Fillers? Anything with the chin or jowls or other bones of the face? Thanks!
