Surgery recommendations for 40 year old considering Rhinoplasty, Eyelid Surgery, etc? (photo)

Hi! Just turned 40 and decided on cosmetic surgery for the first time - I've rocked this ugly mug long enough. I am getting my upper jaw advanced for medical reasons (and that should also help aesthetically) in a few months. What procedures would you all recommend? I know I want to fix my nose and my baggy eyes, but what else should I consider? Skin treatments? Fillers? Anything with the chin or jowls or other bones of the face? Thanks!

Thank you for your question. The answer really comes down to what you'd like to address. It sounds like you're set on making changes to your nose and eye region. To be honest that, plus your jaw surgery, is already quite a bit. Fillers and skin treatments can be added on later once you've healed. I'd wait to see how things turn out surgically, and then make smaller adjustments from there in consultation with your surgeon. All the best to you!

Well, you are a young person, with adequate skin, however, it is always good to get retouches. If you don't like your nose, you could start there, it would bring harmony to your face. On the other hand, you could also start with non-invasive methods, such as facial fillers, in your lower eyelid and nasolabial folds.
