Deflated breasts and loose skin after weight loss. I do not want a lift. Am I a candidate for breast implants? (Photos)

I lost weight and since then my breasts have looks deflated and loose. The skin looks like an old ladies skin. I am only 27. I am not willing to get a breast lift, as the scars are far worse than having saggy breasts. Would I be able to just put a super small breast implant in and maybe an internal/mesh bra? I don’t want my boobs to be bigger, but Im ok with adding a little volume to maybe make them a bit more perky? Idk. What do you suggest?
