I want to have mini implants on top for dentures, my dentist is saying they won't work because they are going into sinius. is this true?Mini implants would they hold if they are going in your sinus or is it a bad ideal I can't not afford a sinus lift or bone grafting I am getting snap in lower jaw and I wanted the same on top I had to borrow for the work to be done so that's why I can not a aford any thing else is there any thig else I can do thank u
