Hi I had CRC and part of my treatment was partial colon/rectum resection which resulted in a planned temporary loop illeostomy. I finished treatment &reverse. The result is a small 1.5”-2” closure scar, which I could care less about and will fade with time. My concern is the indentation of tissue surrounding the closure scar/site of old stoma. I started forming a mound around my stoma site while I had the illeostomy and it has remained after reversal. I don’t have any hernias. 1yr post r
