I had lower eyelid surgery in 2017. The hallowing appears to be returning now with time. I don't want to go through surgery again. Any other options that are longer term? I won't do fillers in this area due to the complications that can go along with them. If I slightly squint theybgo away so I'm wondering if a fractional procedure. Like Venus Viva might tighten them enough to resolve it.
