I'm looking for a Dr who can treat my facial telangiectasia ("broken" capillaries) without the use of a laser or other broad spectrum light/heat source. I know about ecectrotherapy, but it seems most clinics use this technology mainly for hair removal. Any other local or "needle only" options would be welcome. Thank you!
