How do I treat broken capillaries on face without laser?

Laser therapy has evolved to address small and medium sized abnormal veins. In fact, endovenous laser therapy is useful for the management of varicose-vein associated venous insufficiency. Sclerotherapy using foam sclerosants are ideal for the treatment of minimally-refluxing varicosities and reticular veins. In our office, we combine these less-invasive modalities with microphlebectomy and vein surgery in order to minimize scarring and remove unsightly varicosities.

Sclerotherapy or injections into the telangiectasias can be done by an experienced physician as long as the veins are large enough for the smallest of needles.  Besides this, the VeinGogh radiofrequency device may be a good option although it does involve heat.

Either sclerotherapy or Ohmic Thermolysis such as VeinGogh would be valid treatment options that don't involve broad spectrum light. Ohmic thermolysis does involve Radiofrequency which is a thermal energy but sclerotherapy uses neither heat nor light source as specified in the original question.

I use veinwave on small facial veins. If they are very tiny, less than 0.2 mm in diameter, I prefer IPL.
