I need my nose built up and projected. How many millimeters can be added to the nose projection wise?

An experienced rhinoplasty surgeon can project your nose as many mm as the skin will allow along with advancement of the   base. 

Without pictures or an evaluation it is very difficult to assess how much projection you might need. It is always a personal decision and one that your facial plastic surgeon would participate in. The degree of projecting also depends on how much cartilage material you might need. In this case, costal cartilage is a good choice for building the nose by more 3 millimeters.
