I need my nose built up and projected (bridge, radix and tip) quite a bit. I know it might vary, but what is the most it can be projected? I need A LOT added.

It is possible to cause damage to the nose 3 months after rhinoplasty. It is unlikely any permanent damage was caused, but I would recommend following up with your surgeon for an exam. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
