Is there a way to correct nipples that point away to the side so that they face forward instead? (photos)

I'm recently 40 and have always been dissatisfied with my breasts. I've begun researching breast augmentation and have found a wealth of information on choosing the correct size, placement, etc. What I can't seem to find is information on nipple placement. I'm MOST bothered by the way my nipples point off to the sides. I'd prefer them to face forward instead. Is this something that can be "corrected"? Could it be done during the same surgery as augmentation (implants)? Thanks in advance! :-)

You demonstrate genetic/developmental breast effect. I doubt any operation will offer you a satisfactory result especially with the risks of scars...

Breast implants will not improve the position of your nipples as the implant will sit mostly on the front of your chest. IN fact, this may even make your nipples look further set apart. If the implants are placed in the outer part of your breast to improve the position of your nipples, then you will get an overly wide separation between your breasts and flat cleavage.The best way to move nipples closer to the meridian of the breast is to perform a breast lift or mastopexy. This will lift your breasts and centralise the nipples at the expense of a scar around the areola. Many women have "out-y" nipples- and you are certainly still within the spectrum of normal!
