Vein showing up after chin filler? (Photo)

I had chin filler with what I believe is called Defyne and everything healed fine and relatively quickly. I barely had any bruising. It was hard to chew and talk the first 3 days but after that felt back to normal. I have recently noticed and felt what seems to look like a vein popped out right under my chin. Is this a bad thing if there is no pain? What could this be?

These are called perioral mounds and are normal anatomy. you can use fillers to camouflage and lasers and microneedling RF to tighten the area, you should be doing at home dermarolling (emeragecosmetics emerageskin x anteage roller) weekly. I suggest getting a consult. Best, Dr. Emer.
