How can I get rid of odd lumps under my lips on my chin? (Photos)

I have odd lumps under my lips on my chin. They are not cysts or hard. They are there when my face is at rest and not smiling. Once I smile or move my bottom teeth forward they go away. What are they and how can I get rid of them. Seem to get worse as I get older.
