How can I get rid of odd lumps under my lips on my chin? (Photos)

Question

I have odd lumps under my lips on my chin. They are not cysts or hard. They are there when my face is at rest and not smiling. Once I smile or move my bottom teeth forward they go away. What are they and how can I get rid of them. Seem to get worse as I get older.

these are called perioral mounds and are normal anatomy. you can use fillers to camouflage and lasers and microneedling RF to tighten the area, you should be doing at home dermarolling (emeragecosmetics emerageskin x anteage roller) weekly. I suggest getting a consult.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This is a common problem which becomes more noticeable as one ages. Filler to the chin area will help to smooth it over and make it less noticable, please find an expert injector who is very familiar with the anatomy of this area to have a safe treatment.
