Steroid injections for breast scar tissue? Is it safe? (Photo)

If I got a breast lift and a keloid forms, did a lot of laser resurfacing to lessen keloid and color, would steroid injections then be the last/final step to get rid of any remaining bumpiness/deposits of small scar tissue to get the scar as smooth and flushed with surrounding skin? Are steroid injections safe for breast tissue? Could it trigger mutations that leads to cancer or something else? Is steroid injections recommended for breast scar tissue like it is for other parts of the body?
