How can I make my subnasale rounder? (Photo)

Overall, I really like how my nose looks, but I dislike how sharp and slightly retracted my subnasale is... so I've been wondering how can I make it rounder and more projected? Nasal spine bone graft? Nasal spine cartilage graft? Would the incision be inside the nostril along the columella or inside the mouth (like that of a lefort 1)? Thanks in advance!

This is a very specific and subtle area, so I would be cautious about making a major change if you already like the overall appearance of your nose.
The subnasale area can look sharp or slightly retracted because of the relationship between the columella, upper lip, nasal spine, and the soft tissue at the base of the nose. In some cases, a small cartilage graft or soft tissue graft can help create a softer, rounder transition. A nasal spine graft is possible in selected patients, but it is not always the best or safest solution, because too much projection in that area can make the upper lip look heavy or unnatural.
Usually this would be addressed through a rhinoplasty approach, either closed or open depending on the exact anatomy and what else needs to be adjusted. It is not typically approached through the mouth like a Le Fort I incision unless there is a much larger jaw or skeletal procedure being done.
The key is to avoid overcorrecting a small detail. I would recommend an in-person consultation with detailed side-view analysis, because even a very small graft in this area can change the nasolabial angle, columella show, upper lip support, and the overall balance of the face. A conservative cartilage or soft tissue refinement may help, but the plan should be individualized very carefully.
